Do I even qualify to buy a home?

First and foremost get pre-qualified from a Lender. This will determine the maximum purchase price you can afford so you are not looking at homes above your qualifying amount. Seller’s will also require the lender to provide a pre-approval letter on offers. We will work closely with your lender of choice throughout the process. If you do not have a lender we can refer one of our trusted partners.

I know what I can afford. What now?

Once you have spoken to a lender and determined your spending power, Ocampo Real Estate will provide you with active listings based on your requirements to review, and arrange for showings on the homes you are interested in. 

Once you have found the perfect home we will put together an offer based on your requirements and submit an offer on your behalf. We will handle all negotiations as needed.

What happens after I put an offer on a house and it is accepted?

After your offer has been accepted Ocampo Real Estate will manage all deadlines, as well as the following milestones:

1. Work with your lender during the final loan approval process.

2. Assure all required disclosures are reviewed.

3. Meet with Inspectors, appraisers, and repairmen if needed.

4. Work closely with escrow to assure a smooth close.

5. Be with you at the closing appointment to support any questions you may have.
